What we collect
When you send an order or a message we store your name, phone number, optionally your email address and city, and the content of your message. We do not ask for or store national ID numbers, card details, or any other sensitive data.
Why we collect it
Solely to contact you about your enquiry, agree a price and lead time, and deliver the product. We do not sell your details or pass them to third parties for marketing.
Accounts and cookies
The site has no user accounts — you create no profile and set no password. Your cart is stored locally in your browser and is sent nowhere until you submit an order yourself. We use no tracking cookies and no advertising networks.
How long we keep it
Order details are kept for as long as we need them for our records and any warranty claim. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
Under Serbia's Personal Data Protection Act you may request access to your data, its correction, or its deletion. Just get in touch.
