How long does it take?

Catalogue items are usually 1–3 days. Custom parts depend on complexity and quantity — you get an exact lead time with the quote, before you confirm anything.

Which materials do you use?

PETG, PLA, ABS, ASA and TPU. PETG is the usual choice because it handles heat and moisture well. Parts that live outdoors are printed in ASA for UV resistance. TPU is used where the part needs to flex.

Can you make a part from a sample?

Yes. Send a photo with measurements, a sketch, or bring us the broken part. If you already have a 3D model (STL, STEP, OBJ), send it over Viber or email and the job moves faster.

How durable are printed parts?

For most applications, more than enough. A properly printed PETG part with adequate infill handles daily use for years. For heavily loaded or high-temperature parts we will tell you honestly if 3D printing is the wrong answer.

How do I pay?

Arranged directly — cash on collection, cash on delivery, or bank transfer. The site charges nothing; an order is a request for a quote, not a purchase.

Do you ship?

Yes, by courier anywhere in Serbia. Delivery is added to the price and you see it before confirming.
